Coordinated with Alchemia’s project and QA teams to understand layout, process flow, and regulatory constraints.
Detailed Site Survey
Measurements were taken in coordination with civil and process teams to align structures with equipment placement.
Design Finalization
Developed layout-specific fabrication drawings for utility bridges, SS platforms, and support frames.
Fabrication & Inspection
All structures were fabricated in-house with TIG/MIG welding, smooth finishing, and multi-stage quality checks.
